Artifacts (Rising Tide) says that Noose vertebra can be used to make the Zygotic engineering reward appear. I have that item, and no matter what I combine it with, that never shows up. Has anyone got it?

I added in information from the game, looking at all the artifacts I had, and copying over information on what the rewards did earlier today. I just went through and reorganized that chart to put things in a more coherent manner.

Every preferred reward has four items that can produce it, with the exception of one that has only three and another that has five. Did someone perhaps put one in the wrong category?

I found an object not listed before, "Confounding object", so added it to the list. No idea what it does.

Isn't there a way to access the game data and find out everything? Or is that hard to do?
