Well, tourism is huge part of some of the nations economy, so I think it should be related to gold in some way. Woul like expanding it to tourist housing system, that would require buliding buildings and Improvements for tourist to live in. Maybe the cultural tolerance could be a thing related to torism, ya' know if your tourism is high then your people woulg get used to other cultures faster. That would work well with migration system, that almost everyone is waiting for. Tourism is alright, but would love Firaxis to expand it.
