The Huns are back, and have pretty much the same concept: conquest. Their Hunnic Cavalry will allow for early harassment, and from then on it will take quite a lot of effort to stop their army. However, domination isn't their only option, as some of their bonuses to culture could snowball uncontrollably and lead to a culture victory.

Agenda Approval: Your empire is a respectable one. Now let's hope it stands.
Agenda Disapproval: Look at the size of your empire! You make me not even want to try and conquer you.
Attacked: You planned this out, right? Because now you are at war with the Huns. Prepare to be wiped out.
Declares War: My cavalry shall shout its war cries once again, and we shall rule the world. Let's begin with you!
Defeated: Are you pleased with yourself? I was going easy on you.
Quote: "Superficial goals lead to superficial results."
Delegation: My envoys are here to show you that we aren't complete barbarians. Here, have some horses and bracelets.
Accepts Delegation: Thanks. I love treasure. Don't ask how I get most of them, though.
Rejects Delegation: Your petty gifts are rejected.
Accepts Friendship: I can't believe I'm doing this, but our two people are now allies. May we reach the ends of the earth together.
Rejects Friendship: Friendship? We are the Huns. We don't thrive by making friends.
Asks for Friendship: You seem to know what you're doing. Together, we can conquer the other fools of the world.
Denounces: The Huns are at least ten times more civilized than you.
Is Denounced: It takes less courage to criticize the decisions of others than to stand by your own. You are a coward!
Invitation to City: Would you like to visit a nearby city of ours? I assure you, it's definitely mine. Totally not someone else's.
Invitation to Capital: You seem like a good victi-er, I mean, diplomatic partner. I will show you my capital, if you show me yours.
