Joke Concept: Newspaper Headlines!
The newspaper is an instrumental device that has shaped how people get their information, and there's a notable absence of it in the Civ games. Not anymore. Now, once Printing is unlocked, a civilization is able to make the Printing Press, which allows them to get their information through News Headlines. These Headlines are only exclusive to news of YOUR civilization. However, once the Industrial Era is reached, News from all over the world is available to you.
Printing Press
