Is it possible to mod a Government that is exclusive to one Civilization or Leader?
This mode changes the way units are used in the game:
* + 2 Combat Strength for the Scout.
* Man-At-Arms is now unlocked with Civil Service
* [Macedon/Persia]: Immortals are now unlocked with Political Philosophy and now replaces Man-At-Arms (production and strength adapted)
* [GS]: The Skirmisher is now unlocked with Cartography (production and strength adapted)
* The Hoplite is now unlocked with Military Tradition.
* [GS] The Bireme becomes a Naval Raider unit which no longer replaces the Galley.
* The Saka Horse Archer is now unlocked with Animal Husbandry (production and strength adapted)
* The Trebuchet is now unlocked with Feudalism.
* Viking Longship now has a Naval Raider promotion tree, +1 movement, +3 sight and costs -10 production.
Tiny bonus for Eleanor fans:
* [GS]: Eleanor Great Works loyalty pressure has been increased from -1 to -3

Is there a mod to stop the research (Culture & Science) after the Medieval era (so I cant get in the Renaissance) for player and AI?
