I tried Editing some of the older pages like Old Earth Relic & it told me there were no fields. Every last inch of text on the page, even what should be a basic text box description, is a template. A template with a single line of code I have no idea what to do with.
I thought it was strange it had no new data from Rising Tide or even just detailing quest decision changes. But I'm starting to suspect no one could figure out how to add them. (And its not just that single page either.) :\
