(Edit: Whoops didn't realize but this is Friedrich Oblique the "Prussian" leader for civ 7 and his ability sounds way too strong, I mean it makes it to where your commanders now have double range and can hold like 20 units I think)
I was thinking about the availability to pick any leader with any civilization in civ 7 and was wondering that if you could do that in civ 6 what would be the most "Broken" Leader/Civ pair. Using Gathering storm ruleset.
I was thinking maybe Basil ll with Arabia, given the mamluks healing every turn, and with Arabia's ability Its guaranteed you get a religion, plus just having the bonus science from Arabia's ability will get you the mamluk faster. I really want to know what y'all's opinion on this is so give me your best civ 6 leader/civ combo's.

The movie (Takes Place in 1184 during the crusades, Before the 3rd Crusade) is about a French Blacksmith named Balian Decides to go to Jerusalem with his father Baron Godfrey to redeem himself for his Wifes sins (She killed herself after her and Balians son died young). But soon peace will end in Jerusalem (By peace I mean Christians and Muslims are able to live together in harmony) as the king keeping peace (King Baldwin the IV of Jerusalem) is reaching the end of his life because of his Leprosy.
No one has posted anything on here in forever, so have a recommendation for a partially accurate historical movie. Kingdom of Heaven (Free if you have amazon prime) A movie about the crusades, taking place in and around Jerusalem.
I would assume that Dur-Sharrukin being wonder would mean that we may get the Assyrians as a civilization (Since Dur-Sharrukin was their capital during the reign of Sargon the ll of Assyria (Dur-Sharrukin - Wikipedia) like how in civ6 there was Sumeria and Babylon. And since we have hanging gardens, we can assume Babylon will be a civ eventually. (Fun Fact, Dur-Sharrukin translates to Fortress of Sargon in English which I think we can all agree is just sick (Cool).
I mostly am Excited for Persia reveal, but The India architecture is amazing Aswell. (Also, quick note, In my personal opinion, Civ 6 India was not great. Gandhi had too many games where he was the leader of India, and Chandragupta was Mid. (Again, this is my personal opinion so please don't yell at me in the comments, I'm just saying this because people have bullied me in other fandoms for my opinion sooooo Yea)

I think all of these are great concepts, I do think I would play Uzbek due to the high versatility of the civ, but it does seem like it is geared a bit more towards science, and I like science victories. overall, you did an amazing job with these and you always do.
I started a game as russia on an alternate account (I have all the expansions) and first spawn was in the tundra on a lake next to a natural wonder (Actually Stupid good spawn) but on my main every time i tried to replicate this it just spawned me 5-8 tiles away from any tundra and i restarted 20 times and out of those 20 times 0 of them spawned in the tundra.
The Berserkers Got buffed so much to the point that they are just op when paired with thunderbolt of the north.
You know.... your right, some for being too weak (OG Civ 6 Norway), and some for being too strong....(Quite a few i believe)
I find this an interesting point of view on this topic. To be honest i don't know too much about Chinese history and i really only know like a medium level overall, and Chinese history never really interested me, since i really was more of a western Asia history lover (Sumeria, Babylon, Byzantine (Yes i know that the byzantine is a stretch for west Asia but come on). My Dad would Probably know more on this topic since he has a master's degree in history and might get his PHD soon. (No im not bragging im just stating a fact about him.
In my honest opinion, I think both of these need minor nerfs as these can both be absolutely godly in the right starting position, but i would definitly play all three of these.
I just realized that with the Atlantis one, if you manage to get a harbor next to some land and put mausoleum there it would be crazy.
Salar Du Uyuni (Description): A Two Tile Natural Wonder That spawns on tiles next to mountains and/or deserts. It looks like an arid sandy desert valley with the middle being a giant salt deposit mirror that reflects the tie of day in the background.
(Yields): 2 science 1 Production and 1 gold per turn (Per tile)when worked
by population.
(Effect): When the game reaches the modern era (Assuming the same tech
tree as Civ6) Triggers the Tech boost for Flight.
2. Atlantis (I Know This one is technically a myth but come on. Look at The fountain of youth in Civ6) (Description): A One tile natural wonder that spawns in a lake 1-2 tiles away from coast (Must be connected to the coast (Also has a placing bias towards deserts).
(Yields): None... Sorta.
(Effect): When you find this wonder, and no one has done so yet(Next Sentence is what i'm talking about here). you can settle a city center on the wonder tile to gain a city that starts with +2 Science, Culture, Production, Food, Faith, Housing, Amenities, and Tourism per turn on the city center. (The drawback to this is that its either in a lake so it will be a while till you gain land tiles, or you have land tiles...but its most likely desert tiles).
3. Mauna Kea (Description): A three tile triangle formation Volcano wonder with a Medium Eruption rate that spawns in an ocean at least 6 tiles away from the nearest land.
(Yields): Again, None but also yes.
(Effect): When Mauna Kea Erupts (3 Times a game before its dormant) It has around a 50/50 chance to turn the ocean tiles around it to land tiles, that when created start as magma tiles (that will hurt units on them by 20% of health per turn) then 10 turns later become normal land times that have a chance to spawn with the Obsidian Luxury resource on them that provides 1 food, 2 production and 1 faith when unimproved and can be improved with the mine improvement.
I think Nzinga Mbande is the best for a cultural victory since the starting palace great work slots helps a lot, plus, Enough of the great writers create sculptures that your yields will be insane. (And if you get a religion with feed the world its crazy).
I want people to go down below into the comments and discuss what leader you think is the best for a culture victory. (I mean leader and civ combined)

In my opinion the Science victory is just too easy, I have won more science victories than any other victory type. (Frederick Barbarossa, Pachahuti, Joao lll, and Robert the Bruce are all the leaders i've won a science victory with.
