Affluence is a Level 2 title for Amani, a Governor in Civilization VI: Rise and Fall. It requires Emissary. In Civilization VI: Gathering Storm, it is a Level 1 title.

Affluence is the quality of abundant wealth, usually defined as enough wealth that the possessor no longer needs to worry about survival, and can devote their money to the pursuit of leisure. Money may not be able to buy you happiness, but nice stuff can make sorrows a little easier to bear.
