Ashoka (World Conqueror) Persona key art
The Ashoka (World Conqueror) Persona is DLC for Civilization VII that was released on February 11, 2025, simultaneously with the initial game release. This DLC is included in the Founders Content Pack and adds Ashoka, World Conqueror leader persona.
The DLC was initially available only for players that bought the Founders Edition, but it is now available to buy for every player.

Enjoy an alternate persona for the Civilization VII base game leader Ashoka with his World Conqueror Persona!* This persona includes a unique outfit and background for Ashoka, plus a new Unique Ability and Agenda that reflect a different side of his personality!
Note that if you already own Civilization VII Founders Edition, then you already own this content.

Ashoka, World Conqueror - Unique Ability
Devaraja: Increased Production in Cities for excess Happiness beyond a set amount. Increased Production in Settlements not founded by you. Declaring a Formal War grants a Celebration. Large increase to Combat Strength against Fortified Districts for all Units during a Celebration.
Ashoka, World Conqueror - Agenda
Without Regret: Decrease Relationship by a Medium Amount with the Leader whose lands cover the most tiles and Increase Relationship by a Medium Amount for the one with the least.
*This leader persona is now available as a separate purchase for Sid Meier's Civilization VII Standard or Deluxe Edition owners (base game required). If you own Sid Meier's Civilization VII Founders Edition (no longer available for purchase as of February 28, 2025), then you already own this content.
