- Main article: Leaders (Civ2)
The default male leader of the Babylonians is Hammurabi (c. 1810–1750ish BC), the 6th king of the 1st Babylonian dynasty. He united most of Mesopotamia under Babylon and is remembered for his legal code.
Babylonian leaders only use the default titles.
The Babylonian AI is rational, perfectionistic, and civilized.
- Main article: City (Civ2)
The default Babylonian city list is a mix of Sumerian, Akkadian, Babylonian, Assyrian, Parthian, and archaeological sites. "Tell" or "Tel" is Egyptian Arabic for "hill", used for the mounds created in the Mesopotamian plain by submerged ruins. Other names (e.g. Khorsabad) are those of the modern towns nearest the ruins of ancient cities.
- Babylon (default capital)
- Tell Wilaya
- Jamdat Nasr
- Tell Uqair
- Tell Agrab
- Tell Asmar
- Teppe Gawra
- Dur Sharrukin
- Tell Matarrah
When this list is completed, the game continues with the names in the extra cities list. When that list is completed, the game cycles back to the top of this list with "Babylon" again.
