Bill Spieth, sometimes credited as William Spieth, is an American computer game designer who founded Frog City Software with his brother Ted Spieth and Rachel Bernstein. He is known for designing Imperialism and Imperialism II: The Age of Exploration, as well as Trade Empires and Tropico 2: Pirate Cove.
