John Wilbur "Wild Bill" Stealey Sr. (born August 22, 1947) is an American video game developer and publisher who founded MicroProse with Sid Meier. A former lieutenant colonel in the USAF, he designed Airborne Ranger and provided creative services, quality assurance, and playtesting for several games, including Silent Service, Kennedy Approach, Gunship, Sid Meier's Pirates!, M1 Tank Platoon, Railroad Tycoon, Darklands, Apache, and iM1A2 Abrams.
Stealey founded iEntertainment Network (originally Interactive Magic) in 1995 and has been the company's CEO since 2002.
