Brood Pit is a base facility in Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. It was added in the Alien Crossfire expansion. The base gets a +1 lifecycle bonus for aliens and decrease cost of breeding aliens by -25%. Negative lifecycle effects are canceled inside this base. Also the base gets +2 police rating.
