This is a layout proposition for the Civ4 categories.

Category:Civilization Wiki[]

This is the top-level grouping for the whole wiki, with "Content", "Files", and "Organization" being the three standard Wikia second-level categories.

Category:Content[]

This category covers all games on the merged wiki, but the subcategorization of Civ4-specific pages need not follow the same patterns as other games may have. Many (including all with general names that can apply to other games) will now need to have " (Civ4)" appended to their names. The structure is not a simple hierarchy, because any category may be in two or more parent categories (e.g. "Fall from Heaven guides" should be in Fall from Heaven and in Guides or a subcategory of Guides).

Category:Organization[]

These categories are site-wide and can be dealt with on their own (on other pages, including the discussion pages for affected categories). The structure is not a simple hierarchy, because any category may be in two or more parent categories (as is evident from multiple listings below).
