Dark Signal (Civ6)

Dark Signal is a project in Civilization VI. It is exclusive to the Zombie Defense game mode, introduced in the Portugal Pack. It becomes available after building a Campus district.

Upon completion, it grants control of the Zombies currently in this city's territory. Control lasts 30 turns.
