LinearScaleFromDefaultHandicap starts adding extras at Prince level. It is extremely easy to check. AI gets +20% gold, on turn 2 if Prince AI was not affected by it they'd always have 15 gold. But Price AI always Have 16 Gold, because 10 gold from start +6 (5 from Palace*1.20). Their science is also easy to see, Prince always have 2.7 science, because 2.5*1.08 undo Tag: Undo
