The Forbidden Palace is a Small Wonder which may be built once a certain number of cities are owned.

Functioning somewhat similarly to the Palace, it strongly reduces Corruption and Waste in the city in which it is built, and imparts a similar but more limited benefit to other nearby cities.

Communist governments can additionally build the Secret Police Headquarters, which performs in a similar manner.
