Too much color/transparency.[]
This wiki is hard to read with the color background and the text on it. Probably should either take out the transparency behind the text or just take out the image in the background. (Anonymous contributor, Oct 2010)

- I tried to fix this myself but failed miserably, so I left a message to one of the Wikia Gaming team's helpers. For what it's worth, I don't think we should get rid of the background, it fits the subject well and, in my opinion, looks quite nice. Well, it looks like Wikia just rolled out the new skin they have been advertising. I never thought it would concern this wiki, though, as we only just got our new look anyway. How does everyone like this blue-ish and white skin? Personally, I'd be happy to return to the dark old new look... —ZeroOne (talk / @) 11:23, October 20, 2010 (UTC)
- For what it's worth, I changed the theme into one called Rockgarden. It's green'ish and brown'ish and I think it suits this wiki alright. I've also edited the top menus but they are limited in how many items they can contain and, indeed, how many top level menus there can even be, so it's a bit of a work in progress. - Grey-green outer background looks OK to me but I'm not fussy about that. I do like reading and typing in black on white, so I hope we keep the light-coloured text background. Let's have a separate Forum:Top menus for the menus. — Robin Patterson (Talk) 00:23, November 25, 2010 (UTC)
