God of the Open Sky is a Pantheon in Civilization VI. It grants +1 Culture to all tiles with a Pasture improvement.
Strategy
Like Stone Circles, this pantheon is usually a safe early-game pick if some of the relevant resources are visible. Both Cattle Cattle and Sheep Sheep are common bonus resources that frequently spawn grouped together, and unlike Stone Stone, do not have as strong an incentive to be harvested. Unlike Stone Circles, however, God of the Open Sky does not provide faith, making it less appealing to religion-focused Civs, but of interest to Civilizations with a Horses Horse start bias such as the Mongol and Scythia, who tend to have a low culture output that may hamper growth.
In particular, God of the Open Sky is a natural fit for the Australians, especially if they're trying to win a Culture Victory. By founding cities near Cattle Cattle, Horses Horses, and Sheep Sheep, they can trigger Culture Bombs and generate bonus Culture to quickly expand their cities' borders, and later surround them with Outback Stations to help their cities grow.
