The Hanging Gardens is a Wonder in the free-to-play game C-evo. It costs 200 material at standard difficulty, requires knowledge of Invention, and is obsoleted when any nation discovers Nuclear Fission. It allows irrigation of desert tiles to produce plains or grassland, and it makes all units impervious to terrain hostility.
