Hanging Gardens (Civ2)

The Hanging Gardens are part of the classic Civilization II game. In other words this wonder does not come from a Mod pack. The Hanging Gardens of Babylon (which is called "Seleucia" in Civ2's Rome Scenario) were an ancient Wonder In Civilization II, they add one happy face and health to every city in the civ that has built them, for a while. The same effect on a permanent basis can later be achieved with Cure for Cancer. They are able to be built after a civ discovers Pottery.
