Himiko (High Shaman) Persona key art
The Himiko (High Shaman) Persona is DLC for Civilization VII that was released on February 11, 2025, simultaneously with the initial game release. This DLC is included in the Founders Content Pack and adds Himiko, High Shaman leader persona.
The DLC was initially available only for players that bought the Founders Edition, but it is now available to buy for every player.

Enjoy an alternate persona for the Civilization VII base game leader Himiko with her High Shaman Persona!* This persona includes a unique outfit and background for Himiko, plus a new Unique Ability and Agenda that reflect a different side of her personality!
Note that if you already own Civilization VII Founders Edition, then you already own this content.
The queen of Yamatai, an early Japanese state, Himiko used her political and religious authority as, possibly, a shaman of the sun-goddess Amaterasu to rule. Other accounts claim she had enthralled her subjects by magic. Whatever the truth behind Himiko's legend, her charisma was a powerful force, and resonates until the present day.

Himiko, High Shaman - Unique Ability
Miko of Amaterasu: Increased Happiness per Age on Happiness Buildings. Increased Production towards constructing Happiness Buildings. Gain increased Culture but slightly reduced Science, with increased effects during a Celebration.
Himiko, High Shaman - Agenda
Shaman Queen: Decrease Relationship by a Small Amount per Settlement with constructed Science and Gold Buildings. Increase Relationship by a Small Amount per Settlement with Culture and Happiness Buildings.
*This leader persona is now available as a separate purchase for Sid Meier's Civilization VII Standard or Deluxe Edition owners (base game required). If you own Sid Meier's Civilization VII Founders Edition (no longer available for purchase as of February 28, 2025), then you already own this content.
