Kazan is a Mongolian and Russian city in the Civilization and Call to Power games. In real life, it is the capital of and largest city in present-day Russia's Republic of Tatarstan, and was the capital of the Khanate of Kazan prior to being conquered by Ivan the Terrible in the 16th century.
