Lady of the Reeds and Marshes is a Pantheon in Civilization VI. It increases the 
Production of Marsh, Oasis, and Desert Floodplains tiles by 1.
Strategy
The fact that desert terrain is poor in Production is often overlooked when compared to the even more important lack of 
Food. And while there are some features and resources that provide Food, this is not the case with Production, especially if there is no hilly terrain nearby. This Pantheon comes handy in this exact situation!
If you've settled in the low-lying valley of a river crossing the desert, Lady of the Reeds and Marshes will add Production to many of the features nearby, mainly Floodplains. And given the fact that they usually form a solid area of 4-6 tiles, this could make a huge difference.
