The Luboric Factory can only be built by Curnow. Unlike the Luboric Refinery, which it replaces, the Luboric Factory gives a bonus to 
Production which increases with the number of 
Luboric resources worked by the city it is built in. This bonus stacks with Curnow's trait and is a powerful booster towards the obtainment of the Captain of Industry title.

The value of luboric in creating engines for landships was clear to all of the empires, but the industrial masterminds of Orlin saw its potential to improve production. They created factories specifically for luboric, which could refine trace amounts into usable quantities and use them for the efficient production of goods.
