The Manhattan Project is a wonder in Civilization Revolution.
Building this wonder allows you to build an ICBM (Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile) that will instantly destroy anything, besides a player's capital, in a square. There is only one Manhattan Project and only one missile, so use it wisely.
Trivia[]
- In real life, after the Manhattan Project was completed in the 1940s, we did not have ICBMs, and instead this wonder gave only an atomic bomb. As a side note, Semi-Continental Ballistic Missiles had been invented by Nazi Germany. These missiles were called V-2 rockets. However, they were not armed with nuclear warheads, and instead were only armed with conventional bombs. Another thing of note was that the predecessor of the ICBM, the V-2 rocket, eventually ushered in the Space Age after the scientists who created the V-2 rocket and the technology in general were also used to launch the first Artificial Satellites at the end of the 1950s.
