A Master Cotton Planter increases the production of Cotton. As with all outdoor workers, a Free Colonist has a chance to become a Master Cotton Planter each turn that it produces Cotton. This skill cannot be trained in Europe, but it can be learned from some of the Indian tribes. A Master Cotton Planter may teach his skill in a College or University.
