Mega undersea mines increase Production by 45 to 90 (depending on terrain type) and Commerce by 5. They use exceedingly advanced technology to refine and extract valuable minerals and ore from the ocean floor. Build them on Deep Ocean, Submarine Volcano and Suboceanic Ridge tiles.
