Merv, also known by its historical names of Merw, Alexandria in Margiana, or Antiochia in Margiana, is an Arabian and Persian city in the Civilization games and a Macedonian city in the Call to Power games. In real life, it was a great Silk Road city in Turkmenistan, until it was razed by the Mongols.
