==Initiation Conditions==
A civilization declares war on a target who has at least 200 {{GrievancesIcon6}} Grievances against them; the necessary proposal passes in the [[World Congress (Civ6)|World Congress]].

==Scoring Criteria==
* 1 point for each {{Gold6}} given to the target.
* 200 points for each completed [[Send Aid (Civ6)|Send Aid]] city project.

==Rewards==
* Gold Tier (highest score): 2 [[Victory (Civ6)#Diplomacy|Diplomatic Victory]] points.
* Silver Tier (top 25% of scores): 100 {{DiplomaticFavor6}}.
* Bronze Tier (next top 25% of scores): 50 {{DiplomaticFavor6}}.
