Plague (CTP2)

The most devastating biological weapons attack in the game, the Plague attack releases a highly contagious, extremely lethal supervirus into the air. Death comes quickly and painfully. The city's Population is decreased by 20%. Any city trading with the target city has a 30% chance of being infected as well.

This attack is considered an Atrocity.
