Rachel Bernstein is an American computer game producer and programmer who founded Frog City Software with Bill Spieth and Ted Spieth. She is known for programming and being the executive producer of Imperialism and programming Imperialism II: The Age of Exploration, as well as programming Trade Empires and being a producer of SimCity Societies, SimCity Societies: Destinations, MySims: Agents, and The Sims: Medieval.
