There is a reason building codes exist. Usually it is because before the code, something went wrong and someone got hurt, died, or lost a lot of money, and the survivors decided that it would be a great idea if that particular disaster didn't happen again. Reinforced Materials is an additional title for Liang the Surveyor.

Reinforced Materials is a Level 2 title for Liang, a Governor in Civilization VI: Gathering Storm. It requires Zoning Commissioner.

Effects

This city's improvements, buildings and districts cannot be damaged by Environmental Effects.
