Religious Idols is a Pantheon in Civilization VI. It provides +2 Faith to Mine improvements built over Luxury and Bonus resources.
Strategy
Religious Idols is a very middling pantheon in the base game, as it requires a very limited of resources to be nearby, only one of which (copper) is visible in the earliest stages of the game. By the time you can see more than 1 strategic resources, they may ave been built over with Wonders or Districts, or may be out of reach, and the extra faith is no longer of any relevance anyway.
The few Civilizations that may benefit somewhat more out of this pantheon (Nubia and Mali) are usually better off choosing Desert Folklore anyway. For other civs, Stone Circles is usually a more efficient pantheon, especially if you're not a serial harvester of all available Stone.
