A Resource Pod is a cache of resources or satellite "sent ahead by Earth" and available for anyone to pick up. These contain a small bonus that is most beneficial to a fledgling colony.

Game Info

Resource pods offer a one-time reward to the owner of any unit that claims them. These rewards include:

• A free Solar Collector.
• Salvage supplies for Energy.
• Treasures boosting Culture.
• A boost to Science.

In Rising Tide, resource pods may also contain Old Earth Relic artifacts.
