Rouen

Rouen, also known by its historical names of Rowane, Rotomagus, or Ratumacos, is the Norman capital and a French, Gallic, and Viking city in the Civilization and Call to Power games and C-evo. In real life, it is a city on the River Seine, in present-day northern France.
