Sanjo (Civ6)

Sanjo is a Tier II Promotion for the Nihang in Civilization VI. It requires Trehsool Mukh or Jangi Mojeh.

Does not suffer Combat Strength penalties when damaged.

Chainmail – sanjo – has a long history in Punjab, dating back to its introduction by the Persians in the early first millennium, and a chain shirt was a core part of a Nihang’s equipment. In 18th-century warfare, muskets were present, and Nihang were certainly trained in their use, but muskets were slow and unreliable, and a real fight always came down to swords and armor.
