Strategy

Science Foundations provides a lot of Great Scientist points per turn, greatly hastening your generation of Great Scientists. It's immensely valuable if you're trying to attract Carl Sagan and Stephanie Kwolek, whose abilities will spur you toward a Science Victory. After the December 2020 Update, Science Foundations enjoys a massive buff compared to its previous incarnation. The extra Great Scientist and Great Engineer points for Campus and Industrial Zone buildings are now far stronger, further accelerating your acquisition of important Great People.
