Sea Colonies is an advance in Civilization: Call to Power.

Summary[]

Sea Colony, the sixth Sea Advance, opens the deep ocean to colonization. Protected by the Stealth, Sub and supported by the Sea Engineer, these new Sea Colonies create a Civilization beneath the waves. Finally, Sea Colony Advances allow for the construction of undersea tunnels and undersed mines.

While the lure of space drew some, the ocean proved more economic incentives for colonization and attracted what was left of the middle class. With 70% of the planet covered in water, the oceans provided room aplenty for oceanic expansion. In these new ocean cities, the middle class thrived, and new philosophies of equality began to grow.
