Great Library entry[]
Developments in atomic level filtration, with their promise of unlimited air and fresh water, officially ushered in the era of Sea Colonies, cities at the bottom of the ocean. The Sea Engineer followed this promise with the machinery and materials required for the new nirvanas. Using atomic power packs and micro-diamond drills, the Sea Engineer was able to carve and shape the bottom of the sea like a spidery sculptor to build a new home for mankind.
