St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg, also known as Sankt-Peterburg or by its historical names of Petrograd or Leningrad, is the Russian capital in some of the Civilization games and a Russian city in others, the Call to Power games, and C-evo. In real life, it is a city in the northwest of present-day Russia, the country's largest city after Moscow, it was renamed Petrograd in 1914 and Leningrad in 1924 before its original name was restored in 1991, and home to the Hermitage.
