Hello, everyone!
I was really surprised to see that +40% while flanking perk is not applied on attack. I get that the ANGEL is considered ranged unit, but until the last moment I belived there is an exception for it. Because in this case the bonus is only applied only while defending only against melee attacks. This makes it a worthless choice by far.
Any thougts?
