Appeal[]
I haven't found any proof for the 'Increased Appeal' trait of Cliffs. They are always found next to Coast, which already increases Appeal, and I haven't found that a tile with Cliffs has more than the normal Appeal it would after the Coastal (and any other) boosts have been taken into account. Cliff infobox[]
Does cliff really modifies a Hill? I think we should remove the infobox here and treat this page simirarly to River (Civ6). Or add an infobox to River page.
