Ted Spieth is an American computer game designer who founded Frog City Software with his brother Bill Spieth and Rachel Bernstein. He is known for designing Imperialism and Imperialism II: The Age of Exploration, as well as Trade Empires and Tropico 2: Pirate Cove.
