The fields are pretty much self-explanatory. Enter the name of the nation in the unique
field in case the unit is the unique unit of that civilization. The image
defaults to PAGENAME.jpg
, but can be replaced with the name of any image, such as UnitABX123xyz.png.
{{unit (Civ5) |name = |game = |scenario = |image = (Use if image is alternate name from the page title) |cost = |faith = |era = |type = |strength = |rangedstrength = |range = |movement = |upgrade1 = |upgrade2 = |upgrade3 = |upgrade4 = |upgrade5 = |upgrade6 = |reqtech = |reqres = |image = |unique = |replaces = |notes = |ismod = (remove this completely if unit is part of the regular game) }}
game
should be set to the name of the game where the unit was introduced in, if it's not in vanilla. For example, 'DLC' or 'Gods and Kings'.
Example
{{unit (Civ5) |name = Giant Death Robot |era = Future |image = Giant Death Robot (Civ5).png |unique = |type = Armored |strength = 150 |rangedstrength = |range = |moves = 3 |cost = 1000 |upgrade1 = |upgrade2 = |reqtech = Nuclear Fusion |reqres = Uranium |notes = *penalty when attacking cities *no defensive bonuses *can move after attacking }}
