Hyborem has not been spawning. It says hyborem has been created but he never settles cities with his settlers if he's even lucky enough to get the units he starts out with. The only reasons I can think of are, is it because I completed the dark throne scenario? Or is it because the Illians are in the game I'm currently playing?
