Tikal, also known as Yax Mutal, is the Mayan capital in Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword and a Mayan city in other Civilization and Call to Power games. In real life, it is a ruined city in present-day Guatemala that was once the capital of a powerful Mayan kingdom.
