Veliki Preslav, also known as Great Preslav, former Preslav, is the Bulgarian capital, and also appears as a city-state in the Civilization games. In real life, it is a city and the seat of government of the Veliki Preslav Municipality, which in turn is part of Shumen Province in present-day Bulgaria.
In scenarios, it may appear as a Bulgar city in Middle Ages and a Hunnic city in Fall of Rome.
