Veliki Preslav, also known as Great Preslav and Preslav, is the Bulgarian capital and a Bulgar and Hunnic city in the Civilization games, and also appears as a city-state. In real life, it is a city and the seat of government of the Veliki Preslav Municipality, which in turn is part of Shumen Province in present-day Bulgaria.
