Vienna, also known as Wien or by its historical name of Vindobona, is the Austrian capital and a Celtic and Holy Roman city in the Civilization and Call to Power games, and also appears as a city-state. In real life, it is the capital, largest city, and one of nine States in present-day Austria.

In scenarios, it may appear as a Western Roman city in Fall of Rome.
